I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was immaculately clean with beautifully kept grounds and decent amenities. The service overall was excellent, especially thanks to Betsy, who made us feel so welcomed. However, my experience with the spa was disappointing due to unexpected extra charges and the rude attitude of the staff there. The indoor spa area was a great retreat on a rainy day, but the non-inclusion of facilities access with treatments was a letdown. Overall, I found it to be a good value for the price, despite some hiccups.
